Terms of Use

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Welcome to Ora (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, applications, and automated scheduling services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Use of Our Service

Ora provides an intelligent scheduling automation layer, calendar synchronization, and AI assistant interface meant to optimize time allocation and productivity.

  • Informational & Operational Nature: All insights, schedule optimizations, automated time blocks, and assistant recommendations generated by Ora are provided for general productivity and informational purposes only.

  • User Responsibility: You maintain sole responsibility and ultimate control over your calendar, deadlines, commitments, and data entries. Ora is a tool to assist with scheduling, but we are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, data discrepancies, or any professional or personal fallout resulting from how the Service organizes your time.

2. Intellectual Property

The architectural design, visual interface, layouts, code blocks, minimalist styling, custom graphics, logos, text, and underlying software powering Ora are the exclusive property of Ora or its content suppliers. This asset suite is strictly protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, decompile, distribute, reverse engineer, or display any core component or content from our Service without our prior express written permission.

3. User-Generated Content & Calendar Data

Our Service allows you to connect external calendars, input tasks, provide text or voice prompts, and submit feedback (“User Content”).

  • Licensing for Service Delivery: By submitting User Content or connecting third-party API data (such as Google Calendar or Supabase databases), you grant us a secure, royalty-free, global right to process, read, adjust, and translate this content solely to perform the automated scheduling operations requested by your account.

  • Warranties of Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary administrative rights and permissions to integrate this data, and that its deployment within Ora does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, operational fitness for a particular productivity workflow, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service’s algorithmic time-blocking will be 100% uninterrupted, completely error-free, that calendar sync latency will never occur, or that the host servers are free of digital viruses or external vulnerabilities.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ora, its founders, or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance, miscalculation, or use of our Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, corrupted calendar data, missed scheduling deadlines, or other intangible losses—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Ora harmless from any legal claim, demand, liability, or expense—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—made by any third party due to or arising out of your misuse of the platform, your violation of these terms of use, or your violation of any secondary third-party API integration terms (such as Google Workspace or Supabase developer policies).

7. Governing Law

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Governing Law Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of Delaware / United Kingdom], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8. Changes to These Terms of Use

We reserve the right to refine and update these terms of use from time to time as Ora’s features and algorithms evolve. We will notify you of any structural changes by posting the updated terms directly on our web interface. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed about our standard operational practices.

By using Ora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use.
